I would, however like to make Detroit, and Michigan, better. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I'm more often accused of making the city sound worse than it is. Never before have I been accused of trying to encourage people to come to the city. That would be a first. There's a first time for everything, I guess. Get the people out, send them to cities with life. Out out out. Migration. To places with schools and police, even if those places are poor. Change in this city is out of your control, out of anyone's control, and rallying people to stay is doing more harm than good - why encourage people to waste their only life rotting with a rotting city? You're hurting them. Get the people safe. Then the city can finally rest and decay in peace. Why are you trying to save the city? Get the people out, send them to cities with life. Out out out.
